What began as a small shop grew steadily over the years. Not by following trends, but by staying consistent in what has always mattered. Pieces that feel right the moment you put them on, flatter naturally and fit effortlessly into everyday life.
Every collection has always been selected with care. Produced in limited quantities, with a focus on soft fabrics, considered fits and styles you can return to again and again. Once a piece is gone, I do not restock it.

What if I would like to return my items?
We want you to love your items just as much as we loved designing it. If it isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that the item comes back to us in acceptable condition and in its original packaging.

Is delivery really free?
For all orders within the UK, we provide free Royal Mail delivery. There is no paid priority option, as it isn’t needed. Every customer receives the same fast, careful service.
We carefully prepare each order and dispatch it as soon as it comes in. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your doorstep. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but our promise is simple: we ship quickly, and you don’t pay for delivery.
How are our pieces made?
Each piece begins as a sketch at our worktable, where we take time to shape ideas, select fabrics, and refine every detail. Once a design feels just right, it moves into careful production to bring it to life.
Before any item is sent out, we make sure it reflects the quality and thought behind every design. It’s our way of ensuring that every Blackmore piece carries the care, craftsmanship, and attention we founded this brand on.
How can I make sure it will fit me properly?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find your perfect fit. We always recommend comparing the chart to a similar item you already own.
If you’re in between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit. Still unsure? Our support team is happy to help you choose the right size!
